The fair setup and dismantling dates will be announced to all exhibitors closer to the fair.

Additional equipment for package stands can be requested through the Online Ordering System, which will be available closer to the fair.

Services such as forklifts and cranes used to unload and arrange materials at the fairground are subject to a fee. To learn the hourly rates, please contact Mr. Aytekin at Gruptrans.

CNG Expo Events will clean the common areas and the aisles in the halls throughout the fair. Exhibitors may order cleaning services for the inside of their stands through the Online System.
Stands may not be dismantled and/or goods moved before the official closing time of the fair.

There is no application deadline; spaces will be rented subject to availability.

Yes. If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, please email nilsu.akatas@cngexpo.com. Once reviewed by our team, your invitation letter will be prepared and sent to you.
